  • Some orders may arrive sooner, while others may take a little longer due to customs clearance, courier delays, or factors outside our control.
  • Delivery time estimates begin after your order has shipped, not from the date of purchase.

3. Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
  • Please allow up to 3–5 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch.

4. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Depending on your country, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • While rare, unexpected delays may occur. If your order appears lost, please contact us. We will assist by working with our shipping partners.
  • An order will only be considered “lost” if there is no tracking update for 30 business days.
  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the package, please check with your local courier, household members, or neighbors. We cannot be held responsible for packages confirmed as delivered.

7. Delivery Guarantee

  • We guarantee delivery to the address provided at checkout. Once the carrier marks a package as “delivered,” the responsibility shifts to the customer.
