Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, but because our product is a physical personal-use item, we have clear rules to protect both you (the customer) and us (the merchant).

1. Returns

  • We accept returns only for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • Requests for returns must be made within 7 days of delivery by contacting our support team with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  • Any product returned to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

2. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once the returned item is inspected and approved.
  • Refunds are not guaranteed for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or incorrect size/order placed by the customer.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective or incorrect.

3. Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable once opened or used. This includes personal-wear products such as support belts, braces, or apparel that makes direct contact with the body.

5. Chargebacks

  • Filing a chargeback without contacting our support team first may be considered fraud. We keep detailed records of shipping, product tracking, and customer communication to dispute chargebacks if necessary.
